The PM Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) scheme is a centrally sponsored initiative that supports individual micro food processing units and SHG members with credit-linked assistance.
The scheme is designed to enhance the competitiveness of existing micro food processing enterprises, promote formalization, and support them with credit-linked subsidies, capacity building, and branding support.
Saarthiom assists food processing entrepreneurs in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR), applying through the state nodal agencies, and following up until subsidy disbursal.
